At the recent ACIC symposium I gave a presentation on the intricacies of buying automated machinery. Not only was my lecture well attended，during the subsequent question-and-answer session I was compelled to cover material that I had deliberately omitted from the presentation, fearing it would be too complicated. Clearly the audience was far more competent than I had anticipated. Additionally, in my capacity as a recruiter, I interviewed a dozen candidates for a critical position at my company. This initial experience with the ACIC symposium was utterly gratifying and I’m looking forward to the next edition.
