Subject: Annual Year End Party
As another year comes to a close, we’re pleased to announce the date of this year’s Year End party. We’re very lucky to have such a special group of employees who are always eager to participate in our company’s social engagements. This year’s party will be held on Saturday, December 18 from 5 P.M. to 10 P.M. at the Majestic Suites Hotel, the exact venue as last year.
The company will be supplying food, beverages, and musical entertainment. Sign-up sheets will be posted in the employee break room from now until December 8. In order to receive a ticket, you must sign up if you plan to attend.
Our administrative staff have been working hard to plan this special day so please sign-up as soon as possible. We look forward to another memorable event.
