I created this group for Lakewood Apartment residents. I’m upset by the balcony repairs happening to the building. But, before I raise concerns with the building management, I wanted to make sure I’m not the only one that is bothered by the process.

Yes! I absolutely agree with you! I don’t like the fact that strangers were in my home without my knowing.

That part actually didn’t bother me. However, I do have an issue with the sound of the construction. I understand that this kind of work can’t be quiet, but I don’t think it’s reasonable for any construction to begin at 6 A.M. every day. Many of us are still sleeping!

I talk about it with people in the elevator all the time. I think most residents are upset.
