Hi all,
Thanks for agreeing to represent Lynne’s Tacos at the Global Crafts Festival this weekend. In addition to following the instructions on the attached schedule, please note that there will be a city-issued food safety checklist that the early shift workers must fill out, and that the late shift workers on Friday and Saturday must carefully store the food and lock up our booth. The actual food sale period will start a half hour later and end a half hour earlier than the shifts, so we should have plenty of time for these tasks.
If we start to run low on supplies before the dinner rush, if the gas grill stops working (which has happened before), or if another problem comes up, please contact me or Grady, who will be managing the restaurant all weekend.
