Lake View Home Owners Association
825 Lake View Drive, Garden Ridge, California 95330 October 1st
Dear Mr. Santiago:
You are invited to attend the association meeting on Wednesday, October 19th, at 7:00 P.M. at the Lake View Club House. At that meeting, we will be electing a new association president to serve for the next year. There are 4 candidates on the ballot for this position. Included with this letter are brief introductions and letters from each candidate. Please review this information prior to the meeting.
We are hoping for a good turnout from our association as this is one of the most important meetings of the year. However, if you cannot attend the meeting, we ask that you still participate in the election. Simply fill out the attached voting form, sign and date it, and send it to Lake View Home Owners Association, 825 Lake View Drive, Garden Ridge, California 95330. All mail-in forms must be received by October 16th.
For the election to be valid, two-thirds of the members of the association must cast their vote. If we do not receive enough votes, we are required to reschedule the election. Therefore, we ask that you mail us your voting form promptly if you cannot be present at the meeting.
Sincerely,
Vivian Fanelli
LVHOA Secretary

Theodore Smith Brouwer Amphitheater 575 Martin Luther King Blvd. Detroit, MI 48201 June 2 Hi Theodore, I was glad to hear that Reggie Lewis will be performing at the Brouwer Amphitheater. I’ve been a huge fan of him since I was a teenager and have always enjoyed his group’s live performances. I’m excited to see what his first live solo performance will be like. I would like to buy two tickets for the concert on June 22. I have enclosed a personal.check to cover the cost and will pick up my tickets in person on Monday, June 17th at the box office. Thank you, Ron Harper |
