Dear Ms. Singh, I recently received your letter in which you described the poor condition of the pavement on your street and the flat tyre you suffered (139)_____ the uneven paving slabs. As you pointed out in your letter, the roads and pavements in your neighbourhood have been in desperate need of repair for quite some time. (140) _____. Beginning on 18 May, work crews will remove and reinstall all paving slabs on Bowfield Street and several other streets in the area. They will also fix the potholes in the roads that many motorists complained about at the community meeting in March.
