TO: All operations employees
FROM: Robin Evans, Chief of operations SUBJECT: Reports review
Last week, I distributed a report detailing the department’s performance in the first quarter. There are some items in the report that I think should be addressed.
First of all, it seems that costs in the maintenance department have ---66--- since last quarter. I have asked Terrence Howard’s team to provide some details related to specific increases in maintenance expenses. Also, I am quite surprised that certain project ---67--- have not been met. ---68---. Lastly, inventory levels are currently lower than projected. I would like to set up a meeting with Carmine Gosford’s group to discuss our ---69--- for managing inventory going forward.
We will be doing other performance reviews throughout the year, and I hope that this will help us become a more efficient and productive department.

I have health insurance. But the insurance company have raised the premiums so much, I'm thinking about canceling.
Kelly

I think you'd better continue paying for insurance.

My travel agency also recommended additional coverage, because my current policy won’t cover me if I need medical services abroad.
Kelly
8.00 PM
That makes sense.
Consider the fact that a small additional fee could save you money and 8:00 P.M. ensure medical services, if you need them abroad.
Kelly
8.01 PM
This is important because medical eligibility laws can be quite different in other countries. But if you really can't afford the additional fees, maybe you should see if you can find a less expensive insurance company.

I just don't think you should cancel your current coverage until you’ve found something affordable that meets your needs.

2:59 P.M.
Sandy :Yes, Marcus. What's the matter with you?
3:00 RM.
Marcus: Do me a favor. Can you show a property to a client of mine for me?
3:01 P.M.
Marcus: I am supposed to show him a townhouse at 4 P.M., but I have a team meeting that 1 cannot miss. If’s located at 46 Pine Circle.
3:02 P.M
Sandy: Oh, I’m sorry. I am about to go out to meet another client soon.
3:04 P.M.
Patricia: Marcus! Of course I can, but as far as I remember, one of Carl's clients was also interested in that house and signed a rental contract yesterday.
3:05 P.M.
Marcus: Oh, really? I didn’t know that. Well, could you check for any other house available in that area with a similar layout?
3: 07 PM
Patricia: Yeah, that shouldn’t be a problem. You know, Dartmouth Construction Company built all the townhouses on Pine Circle, so the layout won't be so different from one another.
3: 10PM
Patricia: If you give me your client's name and number, I will contact him and explain what happened.

TO Lena Reid FROM Shonda Dixon SUBJECT Re: Ballet DATE May 2 |
Hi Lena, Thanks so much for the invitation! I would love to go with you to the ballet premiere. Fraulein Danza Company has done amazing work at the shows I've seen before, so I'm sure this performance will be fantastic as well. Besides, I'm a really big fan of Sofia Pinsky. You must have had a lot of fun interviewing her and Igor Petrovich at their studio yesterday. I can meet you at the theater at 7:30 on May 9 if you want, or maybe we can get together earlier for dinner. There is a nice place right next to the Gladstone Theater called Carlotta's Bistro. Let me know if you'd like to do that. Thanks again. I am really looking forward to it! Shonda |
