This router features a new design. There are now four different Ethernet ports that enable you to connect multiple wired devices like desktop computers. Also included is a USB port to plug in a printer that can be shared across the wireless network. We’d like more customers to know about this product, and we’d specifically like you to inform them that the PowerQ Wireless Router also comes with removable antennas. If you need to extend your wireless range, you can purchase and attach higher-performing antennas in their place.

Subject: Inaccurate product review
Dear Ms. Weld,
I am an avid reader of your Web site, and usually I trust your assessment of the quality of products. However, I was very disappointed with your most recent review about the PowerQ Wireless Router.
The instructions included with the router do not include a few necessary steps at the beginning. An electronic expert would know what to do, but the average consumer might not, and it could affect whether or not they set up their router properly. Therefore, customers are being misled with the “very good” rating. I think the product should have been rated lower in this area.
I don’t expect you to change your review entirely, but I suggest that you modify it by inserting a few sentences explaining about the instructions. This way, consumers will be warned in advance.
