Your reservation for the Union Ballroom on Thursday, December 11, has been confirmed. You mentioned in our prior conversation that there will be approximately 100 people attending your retirement celebration on the event day. Please send us a final count of all your guests, no later than December 1st.
To secure your reservation, please send us a deposit of $700.00 by November 1st. We accept checks or credit cards. If you are sending a check, please make it payable to New Hope Hotel. We can also process your credit card over the phone.
The head chef is preparing a new dinner menu, which will be sent to you soon. Please select which dinner course you would like to have at your banquet, fill in your selections on the menu and then send it back to us.
