I received your e-mail regarding the problems you are having with your new Zoltan P550 washing machine. According to the description you (143) ____ I am certain that this is not a serious technical fault. On occasion, the rubber door lining on that model becomes folded. (144) ____ . It is a minor issue and I’m sure you will have no difficulty (145) ____ it yourself.
All you need to do is ensure that the rubber lining is flattened and the door is firmly closed prior to (146) ____ the Start Cycle button. This should stop the leaks that have been occurring from time to time.
