I purchased above item on July 6 and was informed that the estimated delivery date was between July 9 and July 28. When I hadn’t received the order by August 5, I called the customer service number listed on the website. I left a message on the automated recording system but I did not receive a response. I left a second message on August 11 but still received no response. As I need the item right away, I plan to purchase a copy from a local bookstore. I am asking for a full refund of the order as the charge has already been on my credit card statement.
