The warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original purchaser. Additionally, the sales receipt is necessary to validate your warranty and receive service. This warranty does not apply to products purchased from second-hand stores or unauthorized dealers.

I bought this item last year from a Red Rock Leather Goods store in Chicago, IL. However, after just six months, the zipper became jammed and no longer opened or closed. Because this is a manufacturing defect, I assume it will be covered by the warranty. I have been a regular customer of Red Kock Leather Goods for 12 years, and this is the first time Ĩ hove hod a problem.
