However, they can also use its customizable notifications feature to receive alerts about breaking news stories that are of interest to them. The app's content is free for the first month and just $4.99 per month after that. Visit any major app store today to download it. |

My friend had a bathroom renovation done by Chad Fulton and his team, and she recommended the business to me. When I discovered that water was dripping from my kitchen faucet even when it was turned all the way off, I contacted Fulton Plumbing to resolve the issue. The representative I spoke to was able to provide an estimate over the phone, and it was an affordable price. But what I want to emphasize is how quickly the workers arrived-just twenty minutes after I made the call! This is definitely the best thing about the service, even though it wasn't really necessary in my case because my issue was unlikely to cause water damage. But I can see how those in emergency situations would really appreciate it. Anyway, Mr. Fulton and the employee accompanying him carried out the work quickly and professionally. I certainly recommend Fulton Plumbing.
Master of Greenery Does your office use plants to create a nurturing work environment? Or is there only a potted fern sitting at the foot of the receptionist's desk, with the rest of the decorations composed of boring paintings? Unfortunately, most offices miss out on the joys of a vibrant assortment of flora because they are concerned that it will not be easy to keep the plants alive. Did you know that there are many plant species that are extremely resilient and don't need fancy soil or frequent watering, though? Let Donna recommend which plants to buy and how to arrange them to maximize the desired effects. When she redesigns your office with a thoughtful selection of plants that require little upkeep, you'll be amazed at the resulting improvements in staff morale and productivity. Call Donna today at (990) 555-0107 to get started. Seats on the programs are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. We aim to accommodate as many people as we can, but this is not always possible due to availability of staff and other factors outside of our control. However, places sometimes become vacant due to schedule changes or dropouts. We will make these places available 14 days after registration closes, so please ask a member of staff at that time about what is available. |

Hi Ms. Wakimoto, I just received the report on the trial of our new safety measure, and the results are clear: conducting a job hazard analysis (JHA) before construction begins has a positive effect on keeping projects on track and reducing cost. The full report is attached, but I'll summarize the key points here. We implemented the measure on three projects- Robinson Tower, Sparks Apartments, and Bryant Market-over the past two years, and had Broseley Consulting analyze and compare those projects to our other projects that took place in the same period. Because of the injuries and other problems that the JHA prevented, Robinson Tower and Bryant Market were completed 8% and 11 % faster and cost 6% and 10% less than similar projects, respectively. Sparks Apartments was merely average in both categories, but considering that it faced major problems due to unseasonable regional weather, this is excellent. For comparison, the Hubert Building, which ran into similar issues, was 15% more behind schedule and cost 13% more than average. Remember, the initial time and money spent to conduct the JHA is already factored into this data. It seems pretty clear to me that we should implement this process on all projects as soon as possible. When you're ready, why don't we meet to talk about how to present this idea to the other departments? Let me know. Sincerely, |
To: Jem Fashion Directors From: Larry May, Supply and Control Manager Date: October 2 Re: Operational updates As you know, it has been a busy year for us in the Jem Fashion operations department. We have overseen the opening of five new manufacturing hubs, and I am pleased to announce that all five are now fully operational. Goods are being produced at a rapid rate in line with the targets we set last year. However, I have concerns about one particular area of our business. After liaising with the customer services team, it became clear to me that our goods are not being delivered within the timeframe promised to our customers. I personally conducted investigations into this and discovered the delivery company we currently use has an insufficient number of vehicles to meet our demands. This has led to a backlog of orders and many customer complaints. Therefore, I propose meeting with the head of the delivery firm to discuss the terms of our contract with them. We need to hold them accountable for this problem and demand changes to the document as necessary. If you have any concerns about or suggestions for taking this step, please call me at extension 553 or e-mail me at [email protected]. Larry |
Goodwin Place Condominium Association 18 August Dear Mr. Salazar, As you are likely aware, this addition is the result of a formal vote among association members following months of discussion. As such, it is legally binding for all members, and violating the rule even a single time will result in a substantial fine. -(2) -. For details, see the full text of the rule (Article 9, Section B, Clause 12), which is enclosed. We hope that those among you who voted against the ban will keep in mind the considerable benefits of not allowing short-term rental. First, it will eliminate the security issues created by a constant stream of non-residents coming and going from our grounds. -[3] -. Moreover, it will preserve the spirit of Goodwin Place as a community of friendly neighbors. To confirm that you understand this change, please sign the enclosed form and return it to the association office by 31 August. -[4] -. Note that refusal to sign does not exempt you from the rule. Clifton Sanders [10:19 A.M.] Hey, Amanda and Jeffrey. I'm going through the comment cards that we got from book club participants this past week, and there's an issue I think you should know about. |
Amanda Thomas [10:20 A.M.] What is it, Clifton? |
Clifton Sanders [10:22 A.M.] More than half of the participants of the Classics Club wrote something like, "The leader isn't doing a good job of moderating the discussion." It seems that Sabrina-the leader of that group- lets one of the participants talk too much. |
Amanda Thomas [10:23 A.M.] Ah, yes, that's the group that Doyle is in this year. He's one of the library's regular book club participants, and he tends to dominate the conversation if the leader isn't assertive. |
Jeffrey Shim [10:24 A.M.] Oh, Doyle! It's too bad that Sabrina has to deal with him her first time leading a club. |
Clifton Sanders [10:25 A.M.] Should I just give her a summary of the feedback as usual, or does this require some kind of special response? |
Amanda Thomas [10:26 A.M.] We should do something about it. I'll sit down with her and give her some tips for balancing the participants' contributions better. But I need to run to a meeting right now. Is there anything else, Clifton? |
Jeffrey Shim [10:27 A.M.] I have a pretty good relationship with Sabrina, and I've had to lead a group with Doyle in it before. Maybe I should be the one to speak with her. |
Amanda Thomas [10:28 A.M.] Sure, Jeffrey. That sounds good. |
Clifton Sanders [10:29 A.M.] Thanks, Jeffrey. OK, talk to you both later. |

To Whom It May Concern: I recently stayed at Montara Campground for one week. Although the site itself was lovely, I was disappointed with the amenities for motor homes. From the second day of our stay until the end of the week, the-electricity for our campsite didn't work. Because of this, I believe we should only be charged the rate for motor home sites without water and electricity, and I'd like the difference to be sent back to me. The park ranger on duty, Chet Rinehart, was very kind, and he gave me this e-mail address so that I could get in touch with someone to help me. You can reach me by replying to this e-mail. Hi Darlene, I'm writing in regards to Dixon Edutech, one of our promising start-up clients. In case you 're not familiar with them, their main product is an employee training platform that uses game-like features to make learning fun. They’ve recently grown to the point where they need a dedicated public relations firm in addition to our marketing services, and Victor Boswell, their communications manager, has asked if we can make a suitable recommendation. In particular, they’d like an affordable PR provider with ties to the tech industry. As you are our director of information technology, I wondered if you might have some special insight in this area. Any ideas you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, |

Arts in Rellsdale By Shane Weller RELLSDALE (September 10)-Just weeks after its children's summer classes came to an end, the Rellsdale Community Center has begun planning another exciting activity. The 32nd Annual Rellsdale Community Art Show will be held in its auditorium during the week of October 22-28.
The event began 32 years ago when Grant Lindsey, a local watercolor painter, invited his friends to join him in exhibiting their paintings in a small show. It has since grown into a chance for all of Rellsdale's professional and amateur visual artists to display their talents.
In its current form, the art show features a contest judged by a committee led by Tina Jordan, the community center's director, and including Adnan Khalif, an art historian at Malker University. Also, most of the artwork in the show is for sale. Twenty-five percent of the proceeds of each sale goes toward funding the upkeep of the center's buildings and grounds.
Hye-Ran Kyeong, the center's vice director of recreation and the show's organizer, urges citizens of all ages, backgrounds, and artistic disciplines to consider exhibiting. Those interested should visit www.rellsdaleart.com for instructions. |
