1am writing to remind you all about our first Positive Customer Interaction (PC) workshop on February 5. It — by Tim Elison, a renowned motivational speaker and the author of Key Factors for Customer Satisfaction.

We have asked Mr. Elson to discuss the attitudes and practices that aro most — to attracting, satisfying, and retaining customers. As the first in our series, this session will also be —  by an introductory talk by our president, Howard Bolting, who will discuss the overall aims of the workshops. There is space for no more than 100 participants at each workshop, and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. —

Please be advised that Hercules Fitness Center is scheduled to undergo renovations in order to expand. —, we will be shut down from June 3 to June 9. We have acquired the adjacent commercial unit recently vacated by Rantilo Apparel and will be converting it into an additional space mainly containing fitness studios of various specifications. —. The current available areas of the center will reopen for business as usual at 7 AM. On June 10, and the new space will be brought into — the next month.

Midlands Biosciences Names New R&D Director

Midlands Biosciences — Ciiford Maxwell of its R&D department to be the company's new research and development director. The biofuel maker announced Mr. Maxwells — in a post on its Web site yesterday. Midlands CEO Ellen Stern is quoted as saying, “It is my pleasure to welcome Mr. Maxwell to our executive team. His expertise will enable us to succeed — our research goals.”

According to the Web post, Mr. Maxwell joined Midlands soon after earning a doctoral degree in

biotechnology. — He rose steadily through the company's ranks thanks to his diligence and

innovative ideas. In his new role, which he will assume on December 10, Mr. Maxwell will

determine and implement Midlands research and development objectives.
