Silver Lake Apartments Open House
This Saturday and Sunday, August I 2, Silver Lake Apartments is having an open house. After two years of construction, Silver Lake Apartments is almost complete. So people will be able to move in at the beginning of October. There are still more than 250 units available for purchase or rent. These include apartments with two, three, and four bedrooms. There are both furnished and unfurnished apartments available. All furnished apartments are only available to rent though. The facilities at Silver Lake Apartments are top notch, and the complex is located near outstanding schools and the main shopping district in Knoxville. Anyone is welcome to attend the open house. Tours of the available apartments will be given, and visitors will be shown around the entire complex as well. Call 984-5859 for more information and to get directions to the complex.

Last Sunday, my wife and I attended the open house that took place at Silver Lake Apartments. We were extremely impressed with what we saw there, and we have decided that we would like to live there. We are planning to move to Knoxville in November, and we intend to live in the city for the next three years. After that, I expect to be transferred to my company’s headquarters in Denver. As a result, we are not interested in buying an apartment but would instead prefer to rent one. We would like to have a three-bedroom apartment so that each of my sons can have his own room. I’m currently in Miami, but I can arrange to fly to Knoxville whenever you need me to sign a contract. Is the monthly rent on the unit I want still $2,200?

Thank you for inquiring about Silver Lake Apartments. Like you, many people are very pleased with how the apartments look, so it’s one of the most popular properties in the entire city. Due to that fact, there are no longer any three-bedroom units available. In addition, the last two-bedroom apartment was just sold this morning. There are currently only a few four- bedroom apartments available to rent left. Of course, the rent for these apartments is a bit higher. It costs $600 a month more to rent a four-bedroom unit than it does to rent a three- bedroom unit. If you are still interested, please inform me immediately, and, once I receive a nonrefundable payment of $2,500, I can reserve a unit for you until you are able to fly here to sign a contract. If you are no longer interested in Silver Lake Apartments, I can introduce you to several other properties in the same neighborhood that I’m sure you would approve of.
