Midlands Biosciences Names New R&D Director
Midlands Biosciences — Ciiford Maxwell of its R&D department to be the company's new research and development director. The biofuel maker announced Mr. Maxwells — in a post on its Web site yesterday. Midlands CEO Ellen Stern is quoted as saying, “It is my pleasure to welcome Mr. Maxwell to our executive team. His expertise will enable us to succeed — our research goals.”
According to the Web post, Mr. Maxwell joined Midlands soon after earning a doctoral degree in biotechnology. — He rose steadily through the company's ranks thanks to his diligence and innovative ideas.
