Trainee Program
The Trainee Program is (139) ___ an exciting career opportunity for recent university graduates and an important way for Russont Mining Co. to cultivate our future leaders. We choose promising young people from a variety of fields and give them the tools and knowledge they need to become valuable members of the Russont team.
