TORONTO (October 22) Pharmaceutical firm Pearron, Inc. has announced the signing of a deal with Wompler Capital. Under the terms of the agreement, Wompler Capital has purchased a minority stake in Pearron for C$72 million, (143) , providing funding to realize Pearron's growth strategy.

Pearron's shareholders support (144) landmark deal. They firmly believe that it (145) the company will expand significantly in the coming years.

Pearron develops and commercializes medications for a variety of skin, hair, and nail conditions. (146) . In the future, it will focus on refining its rigorous development process that prioritizes the needs and safety of patients. It will also build up the dedicated sales force that markets its drugs to medical providers throughout Canada.
