Subject: Change of classrooms
Because the regional principal’s conference has been moved from Hermitage High School to our school on short notice, the auditorium will be unavailable during the second week of May. If you had planned for your band or chorus class to use the auditorium during this time, Ms. Willis will assist you in finding an alternative room. There are a few empty classrooms on the second floor that are available. If you have a larger class and need more space, Ms. Willis is in the process of working out an arrangement with the gym teachers to use the gym since the physical education classes can meet outdoors. Details will follow shortly.
