Autumn at Holmes Gallery!
We are pleased to announce that the annual sculpture competition returns this year, featuring entries from both local and international artists. Running as an exhibition from September 19 to November 1, Tuesday through Sunday, the event is open to the public and everyone is invited to come and view this year’s pieces. The winner will be announced on the final day of the exhibition at 7 P.M. with the gallery’s owner, Regina Entwhistle, presenting the $10,000 prize to the winner at a special reception.
The entries will be on display in the main hall for the duration of the competition, after which the gallery will close for about two weeks, marking the end of the third session. It will reopen on November 18 for the final session of the year, with a rare chance to see the most complete set of watercolor paintings from renowned artist Rennie Deveaux.
