To whom it may concern:

I received your invoice yesterday and I would like to bring a couple of things to your attention. First, the services were provided two days later than was originally agreed upon. I hope that next week, the work will be performed on time.

More importantly, I was charged for a service that I did not ask for. Your cleaning team did a wonderful job of cleaning our office, including the staff break room, but I had specifically requested that this area be left alone. We're about to have it remodeled and thus there was no need for it to be cleaned. I would like to have a new invoice created with this charge removed.

Other than these concerns, I was very impressed with the work performed by your staff.
