Free Autumn Concert Series
Every Thursday evening from September through November, the center offers a free concert in the Ervin Amphitheater, its most intimate performance space. The series, which is carefully planned to represent a variety of genres, is an excellent chance to see established musicians and discover exciting new ones.
Performances begin at 7 P.M. Reservations are only allowed for bookings of more than 10 people. All other attendees are encouraged to line up at the box office well before the concert in order to secure their tickets.

October 19 | Emilia Bernauer: Ms. Bernauer, called “the next big star in classical piano” by renowned concert pianist Roman Huff, wil give a recital of works by French composers. |
October 26 | The Green Cliff Trio: Enjoy the smooth blending of piano, double bass, and drums that earned the group its prestigious “Album of the Year” honor from Academy of Jazz Music. |
November 2 | Johnny and The Farmers: The legendary folk band makes its first visit to Helmsped in over a decade! Come and listen to “Broken Banjo" and other hits from its bestselling records. |
November 9 | Orosco Opera Company: Talented singers from right here perform famous arias and duets from various operas in Italian and English. |
