Additional benches of High Courts will help reduce the costs of litigation, create new opportunities for people to seek justice, and provide more practice to lawyers. A. The idea of establishing new HC benches by the author is very welcome but is not enough to address the access to judiciary.
B. It's a win-win situation for all those involved-litigants, lawyers and above all, our judicial system.
C. There are a number of efforts currently being taken across the country for promoting access to justice.
D. Legal education that is currently offered in Indian law schools needs to be improved by providing greater access and opportunities.
